StormGarde Rules & Guidelines

Important Information

The following rules apply to all services provided by StormGarde. Any violation may result in appropriate action against your account(s).

All users — both regular and Premium — are subject to the same rules and penalties.

Advertisement & Propaganda

• Advertising other servers, websites, or third-party tools is strictly prohibited.
• This includes mentions in whispers, guild chat, Discord, or global channels.
• Do not reference other servers, even for comparison or criticism.
• Do not impersonate or act as StormGarde staff.
  
  

Violation will result in an immediate ban (in-game and Discord).

Promotion Abuse

• Any attempt to abuse or exploit the promotion system will result in a permanent ban on all associated accounts.

Recruit-A-Friend (RAF) Abuse

• Creating RAF accounts for personal gain (e.g., leaving characters AFK) is considered bad faith.
• Violations will result in exclusion of the recruited account(s).

Bug Reporting

• Do not report bugs via Discord.
• Use the built-in bug report system on the website.
• Provide as much detail as possible (NPCs, quests, dungeons, etc.).
  
  

Incomplete reports will be marked as invalid.

No Hacking

• The use of any cheat programs (e.g., speed hacks, fly hacks, unauthorized transmogs) is strictly forbidden.
• Violations will result in a permanent ban without appeal.

No Bug Exploiting

• Exploiting unintended game mechanics for personal gain is prohibited.
• Responsibility lies with the player — not the server or staff.
• Abuse will result in penalties or bans.

Account Sharing

• Unauthorized account sharing is not allowed.
• Violations will result in removal from both Discord and in-game access.

Offensive Language

• Offensive or abusive language is not tolerated.
• Messages will be removed, and repeated behavior may result in a kick or ban.

Staff & Server Respect

• Harassment or disrespect towards staff is strictly prohibited.
• This includes accusations of dishonesty or misconduct.
  
  

Violations may result in severe or long-term bans.

Donations

• All donations are final and non-refundable.
• Chargebacks or disputes will result in an immediate permanent ban.

Contacting Staff

• Do not contact staff members privately.
• Use official channels such as:
  • Discord support channels
  • Ticket system

Honor Farming

• Using bots or exploits to farm honor is prohibited.
• Violations may result in:
  • Initial penalty (e.g., 4-day suspension)
  • Permanent ban for repeated offenses

Multiboxing

• Allowed only in isolated PvE areas and within reasonable limits.
• Not allowed in:
  • Quest areas
  • PvP environments
    
    

Violations may result in a permanent ban.

Inappropriate Material

• No NSFW/NSFL content (including profile pictures or signatures).
• No offensive or extreme material.
• GIF avatars are not allowed.
  
  

Violations will result in a ban.

Marketplace Activity

• StormGarde Discord is not a marketplace.
• Do not advertise or sell scripts, services, or similar content.

Bot Farming / Playerbots

• Excessive bot farming (e.g., 10–30+ bots in open world areas like Timeless Isle) is prohibited.
• Use within reasonable limits.
  
  

Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.
(World bosses and raids are excluded.)

No Donor Bashing

• Insulting or attacking donors is not allowed.
• Donors help keep the server free-to-play.
  
  

Light teasing is acceptable, but harassment is not.
These rules apply to all players, including donors.

Moderator Discretion

Moderators reserve the right to take action (mute, kick, ban, delete content) even if a specific situation is not explicitly covered in these rules.
