Account refers collectively to the personal information and credentials used by users to access GM ranks, virtual items, and/or any communication systems available on this website.

Licence refers to the terms and conditions governing the use of virtual items or services purchased from this website.

Virtual Items refers to all in-game virtual goods delivered by StormGarde through the website store in exchange for currency.

Unused Virtual Item refers to a virtual item purchased from the store that remains in the in-game mailbox and has not been withdrawn or used.

Service refers collectively to any online facilities, tools, services, or information made available by StormGarde through the website, either currently or in the future.

Payment Information refers to any details required to complete a purchase on this website, including but not limited to names, addresses, credit/debit card numbers, and banking information.

Purchase Information refers collectively to any orders, invoices, confirmation emails, receipts, or similar documentation, whether in electronic or physical form.

refers to any online communications infrastructure provided by StormGarde, including but not limited to web-based email, message boards, live chat systems, and email communication links.

refers to any third party accessing the website who is not employed by StormGarde and not acting within the scope of such employment.

Quality & Faults

StormGarde strives to provide high-quality virtual items that are free from defects. Defects include, but are not limited to, data corruption.


This refund policy does not cover usability issues arising from file incompatibility, minor errors, or non-critical issues such as spelling mistakes or graphical inconsistencies that do not result from data corruption.



Faulty Items

If a virtual item is found to be defective upon receipt, you must notify StormGarde immediately and no later than 24 hours after delivery.


If validated, StormGarde may compensate by providing items equivalent to the original purchase value.


Any claims submitted beyond this timeframe will be reviewed at the sole discretion of StormGarde.



Payment Issues

Any accidental purchases resulting from technical issues with the payment provider must be disputed directly with the respective payment processor.


StormGarde is not responsible for technical issues related to third-party payment services and does not manage or process credit/debit or banking transactions directly.



Refund Policy


All donations and purchases are final.
