Q: How do I recruit a friend?

A: To recruit a friend, visit: https://stormgarde.org/recruitafriend and copy your unique referral link. Share this link with your friend, who must create their account using that exact link for the recruitment to be registered.

Please note that to qualify for the Recruit-A-Friend reward, your friend must reach at least 3 days of in-game playtime.

Once the requirement is met, you will receive 50 Donation Points (DP) for each successful recruitment.

Q: How can I get heirlooms for my character?

A: You can obtain heirlooms by voting for StormGarde. Once you’ve earned vote points, you can use them in our in-game store to purchase heirloom items.

Q: How soon do I have to promote a character on Wildhammer?

A: There is no time limit for promoting your character on Wildhammer. You can choose to promote at any time that suits you.

Q: I’m in the Worgen starting zone, but I can’t see any quests. What am I doing wrong?

A: This usually happens when low-level quests are hidden. Make sure you have “Show Low Level Quests” enabled in your settings.
Once your character reaches a higher level, starter zone quests may no longer appear unless this option is turned on.

Q: I’ve been waiting several days for a response to my ticket. When will I receive support?

A: Tickets are reviewed and answered as soon as a GM or administrator is available online. Response times may vary depending on availability.
For faster assistance, we recommend reaching out via our Discord server, where support is typically more active and responsive.

Q: I just made a purchase for tokens via your store, but I didn’t receive anything. Why is that?

A: To purchase additional tokens or currency, you must already have at least one of the required tokens or points on your account. If you don’t meet this requirement, the purchase may not be delivered correctly.
Make sure you have the necessary base currency before attempting to buy more.

Q: I cannot log in to the game. What should I do?

A: First, ensure that you have followed all the steps outlined in the “How to Connect” section. Additionally, make sure you are logging in using your account name, not your email address, as this is a common mistake.

Q: I keep getting the “Invalid login information” message when trying to access the server.

A: This issue has been reported before and is often resolved by replacing the .config file located in your WTF folder. After doing so, restart the game and try logging in again.

Q: I still get “Invalid login information.” What else could be wrong?

A: In some cases, the issue may be related to your password. If it is too long or contains complex/special characters, try simplifying it or reducing its length.

Q: How do I add bots to my group ?

A: Simply invite any of the given bots via the who list

Q: I have seen someone breaking the rules ingame, what to do?

A: Create a ticket on Discord under #ticket-submit.
Provide us with appropriate evidence and a description of what you have seen

Q: When the server crashed I lost an item I have obtained/ bought. Can it be returned?

A: Any item, XP or honor lost during the server crash CANNOT be restored! The same applies to items, honors etc.
lost due to the player’s own fault.
There is an automatic save function on the server which regularly saves all characters.
You can also use .save to save character data, this will prevent major rollbacks | Target yourself while doing so |

Q: I have noticed that some quests autocompletes once taken, why is that ?

A: Broken quests are being stored with an autocomplete function, these will eventually be fixed properly

Q: How often are character data saved ?

A: Character data are saved every 1 minute.
Mainly to prevent huge rollbacks, should a server crash uccour.

Q: The item i just bought require me to have inscription, can I have a refund ?

A: All donations and purchases are final.
No exchanges or moves.
We will not provide refunds under any circumstances

Make sure you do a quick google search on the item before you place your order!

Q: I’m experincing ingame issue every now and then, what can I do to fix it ?

A: A simple relog will often do the trick

Q: Am I still able to complete the given scenario / raid / dungeon etc, even if says e.g 50% ?

A: Yes.
However, the lower the %, the harder it is to complete, duo to broken scripts.
Note, everything above 0 is doable.

Q: The bots ( Enemy Team ) keeps on reviving in arena, why is that ?

A: Spells like vanish will automatically have the bots reviving, as they are build to do so upon leaving combat.

Q: I think that i’m stuck In the wrong phase, how do I get out of it ?

A: First and foremost, try to use your heartstone / .unstuck or the website tele hub.
If none of the above is working, reach out to a gm via our discord ticket system.

Q: how many professions can one have ?

A: You can have two primary and 4 secondary professions 

Q: Im stuck in combat unable to leave a dungeon, can I somehow force a combat stop ?

A: Use .combatstop

A: You’re getting 12 votepoints pr day, but also donation points, depending on voting rank

Q: What is included in the character boost via Tools and the store ?

A: it only include a 90 boost, Gear,Gold,Mounts et cetera is not a part of it.

Q: I’m told to use a spell from a quest npc, but I can’t find it anywhere on my UI, is it bugged ? 

A: We have noticed the some quests may seem broken duo to varius addons, try to disable all of your addons, and then try again.

Q: Why do we clear the cache folder after a server update ?

A: Old game files are stored within your cache folder, If not deleted, you will not benefit from the changes made.

Q: How much does it cost to reset raid locks ?

A: The cost is 29 donation points, this will reset all locks on the given character.

Q : I’m getting , theres no such command when trying to login my bots ? 

A : Make sure that your alts arent online before performing this command, check the who list.

Q: How do i trade an alt

A: to trade an alt do as follows

1. Target the alt, now use this command - .bots alt listInventory.

- You will then be given a list of items - with bag and slot IDs

2. Right click on the alt - then click on trade.

3. use this command - .bots alt tradeItem {bag} {slot} Then insert the bag and slot number that you were given back at step one.

If you try to trade soulbound items, the trade will be cancelled.

This is used to trade items from the alt to you.

If you want to give the alt an item, just trade like you would with a regular player

Q: I just purchased jewelcrafting for vote points, but I did not get max skill ?

A: you need to learn the given profession before placing your order.
also, its says "Requires professionname" next to the profession icon

Q: Can i transfer my character from one account to another ?

A: Yes you can, this is done by submitting a request via our ticket system on discord.
