Q : Im at the worgen start zone, but for some reason i cant see any of the quests, what im a doing wrong ?
A : Make sure that you have enabled "show low level quests" because once you reach a certain level, you wont be able to see them anymore.
General in game issues ( bots )
Q : Got problems handing in quest, completing the objectives etc, what do i do wrong ?
A : We have noticed that the playerbots can cause some random problems in game, dismiss them, and try again.
Ingame Tickets
Q : I have waited quite i few days now for an answer on the ticket i made, when will i get the support that i need ?
A : Tickets will be answered whenever a GM or an admin is online, however you can also ask via discord, which will be answered a lot faster.
Tokens / Points | Store |
Q: I just made a purchase for some of the tokens via your store, but I did not recieve anything, why is that ?
A: you have to have atleast one of the given tokens or currency points before you can buy more.
Bug reports
Q: Why am I not able to submit new bugs to the bug tracker ?
A: If you have repeatedly violated our guidelines for how to use our bugtracker, your ability to add new ones will be removed.
Logins
Q: I cannot log in to the game, what to do?
A: Make sure that you followed all steps from the How to connect section.
Also make sure that you login via your account name, not the email address.
Q: I keep getting the Invalid login information message whenever i try to enter your server.
A: We have seen this problem a few times before, it is often resolved by replacing the .Config file within your WTF folder.
Q: I keep getting invalid login information ?
A: The reason for that, can either be the complexity or the length of you password, try lowering the characters of it.
Cannot stream required archive data
Q: I can’t start the game, error “cannot stream required archive data“.

Playerbots
Q: How do I add bots to my group ?
A: Simply invite any of the given bots via the who list

Rules of conduct
Q: I have seen someone breaking the rules ingame, what to do?
A: Create a ticket on Discord under #ticket-submit.
Provide us with appropriate evidence and a description of what you have seen
Rollback
Q: When the server crashed I lost an item I have obtained/ bought. Can it be returned?
A: Any item, XP or honor lost during the server crash CANNOT be restored! The same applies to items, honors etc.

There is an automatic save function on the server which regularly saves all characters.
You can also use .save to save character data, this will prevent major rollbacks | Target yourself while doing so |
Autocomplete | Quest |
Q: I have noticed that some quests autocompletes once taken, why is that ?
A: Broken quests are being stored with an autocomplete function, these will eventually be fixed properly
Server save
Q: How often are character data saved ?
A: Character data are saved every 1 minute.
Mainly to prevent huge rollbacks, should a server crash uccour.
Store
Q: The item i just bought require me to have inscription, can I have a refund ?
A: All donations and purchases are final.
No exchanges or moves.
We will not provide refunds under any circumstances
Make sure you do a quick google search on the item before you place your order!
Ingame Issues
Q: Im experincing ingame issue every now and then, what can I do to fix it ?
A: A simple relog will often do the trick
Progress
Q: Am I still able to complete the given scenario / raid / dungeon etc, even if says e.g 50% ?
A: Yes.
However, the lower the %, the harder it is to complete, duo to broken scripts.
Note, everything above 0 is doable.
Resurrection
Q: The bots ( Enemy Team ) keeps on reviving in arena, why is that ?
A: Spells like vanish will automatically have the bots reviving, as they are build to do so upon leaving combat.
Stuck
Q: I think that im stuck In the wrong phase, how do I get out of it ?
A: First and foremost, try to use your heartstone / .unstuck or the website tele hub.

Professions
Q: how many professions can one have ?
A: You can have two primary and 4 secondary professions
Stuck in combat
Q: Im stuck in combat unable to leave a dungeon, can I somehow force a combat stop ?
A: Use .combatstop

Q: What do I get from voting ?
A: Youre getting 12 votepoints pr day, but also donation points, depending on voting rank
First place : 5 DP
second Place : 3 DP
Third Place : 1 DP
Character Boost
Q: What is included in the character boost via Tools and the store ?
A: it only include a 90 boost, Gear,Gold,Mounts et cetera is not a part of it.
Online Players
Q: How can I see how many online players are on the server?
A: See the server status at the bottom of the website.
Everything above 2000 is actual players.
Quest : Addon
Q: Im told to use a spell from a quest npc, but I cant find it anywhere on my UI, is it bugged ?
A: We have noticed the some quests may seem broken duo to varius addons, try to disable all of your addons, and then try again.
Cache Files
Q: Why do we clear the cache folder after a server update ?
A: Old game files are stored within your cache folder, If not deleted, you will not benefit from the changes made.
Raid reset
Q: How much does it cost to reset raid locks ?
A: The cost is 29 donation points, this will reset all locks on the given character.
No such command
Q : Im getting , theres no such command when trying to login my bots ?
A : Make sure that your alts arent online before performing this command, check the who list.
